Abstract
The field of medical toxicology, like all other medical sciences in the world, is rapidly expanding, and this progress is due to the increase in the production of various toxins, including natural pesticides, chemicals, bio-contaminants, microbial toxins and medicines, and in general  due to the production of toxic compounds by microorganisms, plants, animals and primarily the man himself. The main role of medical toxicology is identification of toxic and damaging substances and attempts to reduce them in case of injury, diagnosis and treatment of toxins. Diagnosis and treatment of poisoning without paraclinics, especially the lab, will not be successful because the identification of the type of toxin and its effect on the body is dependent on laboratory methods. The use of all parts of the medical diagnostic laboratory in clinical toxicology is inevitable. Due to the extensive testing and clinical testing of clinical toxicology, today the toxicology section in the medical diagnostic laboratories operates as a separate department with technical equipment under the supervision of a specialist in toxicology.  Another branch of preclinical toxicology entitled Forensic Toxicology has a history of thousands of years to detect traces of toxins in the suspicious deaths or murders or rape. Because of the development of scientific methods of crime detection around the world in the judiciary, criminal police, international police and spy agencies, Forensic Toxicology has got an extended structure. Given this introduction, clinical toxicology and the medical diagnostic laboratory can not be separated, and at the International Congress on Clinical Toxicology and Laboratory Promotion, the latest scientific and laboratory achievements are discussed and elaborated with the presence of the professors of the field.
