It is with great pride and pleasure that I, as the Scientific Secretary of the 17th Quality Improvement Congress, extend a warm welcome to each of you.

This year, our congress theme is “From Precision to Prediction: The Laboratory's Role in the Future of Health,” a theme that envisions a bright and transformative future for laboratory sciences.

In an era where technology is advancing at an unprecedented pace, the role of laboratories has evolved beyond delivering accurate and reliable results toward prediction, prevention, and personalized health care.
